“If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”.

Not on my watch!

My favorite hobby is riding vintage motorcycles. If I was to live by the above motto, I would find myself stranded roadside, fixing problems after they happen. Instead, I spend my garage time on preventative troubleshooting, catching problems before they occur. Fewer breakdowns, more miles riding.

This mindset drives my UX design approach. I hunt for friction points before they frustrate users, preventing those emergency shady-tree repairs.

I bring that same instinct to enterprise product design. For the past 6 years at IBM, I've designed complex workflows, shipped AI-powered tools, and grown from contributor to design lead on Cloud Pak for Data's Workflow Engine. Before that, 20 years as a professional photographer taught me how creative professionals actually work under pressure: the workflows, the craft standards and client demands.

That combination of creative domain expertise and enterprise systems thinking is what I bring to every design problem.
