Not on my watch!

My favorite hobby is riding vintage motorcycles. If I was to live by the above motto, I would find myself stranded roadside, fixing problems after they happen. Instead, I spend my garage time on preventative troubleshooting, catching potential problems before they occur. This helps me have fewer breakdowns, more miles riding.

This mindset drives my UX design approach. I hunt for friction points before they frustrate users, preventing those emergency shady-tree repairs.
